雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿急性喉炎的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：研究雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿急性喉炎。方法选择我院2015年6月~2015年12月治疗小儿急性喉炎的患儿62例，随机将患儿分成研究组和对照组，每组31例。两组均按照常规疗法给药治疗，研究组加用雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗，分析两组的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗有效率在48 h后优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿急性喉炎效果良好。%Objective Study the efficacy of nebulized budesonide in the treatment of acute laryngitis in children.Methods Selected 62 cases patients with acute laryngitis in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2015, and randomly divided into study group and control group (31 cases in each group). The two groups were treated with conventional therapy, The research group was treated with budesonide atomization inhalation treatment.
