联合气液交换下玻璃体视网膜手术治疗严重眼后段外伤疗效观察

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of serious posterior segment trauma by vitreoretinal surgery under the fluid-air exchange. Methods Selected 68 patients with serious posterior segment trauma in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015, randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simply vitreoretinal surgery, and the treatment group was treated with vitreoretinal surgery under the fluid-air exchange. Compared the treatment effect between the two groups. ResultsThe time of operation in the treatment group was shorter than control group, the reset rate of retina and choroid were higher than the control group, there was statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). The information acuity of vision after treatment in the treatment group was better than control group, there was statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with serious posterior segment trauma, vitreoretinal surgery under the lfuid-air exchange can shorten the time of operation, and improve the information acuity of vision in patients.%目的：探究对严重眼后段外伤患者进行联合气液交换下玻璃体视网膜手术的疗效。方法选择我院2013年10月～2015年10月收治的严重眼后段外伤患者68例，随机分为2组，各34例。对照组给予单纯玻璃体视网膜手术，观察组给予联合气液交换下玻璃体视网膜手术，对比两组疗效。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组，视网膜、脉络膜复位率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后视力情况优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对严重眼后段外伤患者给予联合气液交换下玻璃体视网膜手术可缩短手术时间，改善患者视力。
