化斑益肾汤治疗过敏性紫癜肾炎气阴两虚之临床效果观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of huabanyishen soup for allergic purpura nephritis with qiyin weak. Methods 80 cases of allergic purpura nephritis from January 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two group, 40 cases in each groups, the observation group used huabanyishen soup ,the control group took dehydrocortisone, 8 weeks later, the adverse reactions and the score of main symptoms of TCM of two groups were compared. Results The score of main symptoms of TCM of the observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05), the rate of occurrence of elevated blood sugar in the observation group, the proportion of infections and gastrointestinal discomfort were lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The huabanyishen soup for adult allergic purpura can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and reduce adverse reactions during treatment, so it is worthy of making the clinical promotion.%目的：探讨化斑益肾汤治疗过敏性紫癜肾炎气阴两虚的临床效果。方法选择2013年1月～2015年6月本院收治的过敏性紫癜性肾炎80例，随机分为两组，各40例，观察组使用化斑益肾汤，对照组使用强的松，8周后比较两组治疗后中医主症积分及发生的不良反应。结果观察组中医主症积分总分低于对照组（P ＜0.05），观察组发生血糖升高、感染及消化道不适等的比例低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论化斑益肾汤治疗成人过敏性紫癜性肾炎，能有效缓解患者临床症状，减少治疗期间不良反应。
