健康教育对躯体形式障碍患者抑郁焦虑情绪的影响

             

摘要

目的:探讨健康教育对躯体形式障碍患者抑郁焦虑情绪的影响。方法将42例住院躯体形式障碍患者随机分为研究组21例,对照组21例,两组均给予常规药物治疗及常规精神科护理,入院后即对研究组患者常规治疗护理的同时施以健康教育;在入院时和住院8周末分别对所有患者采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评定抑郁焦虑情绪。结果两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表总分均较健康教育前下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),但研究组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论健康教育对患者识别自身负性情绪和改善其焦虑抑郁情绪具有较大促进作用。%Objective To explore the influences of health education on anxious and depressive mood in somatoform disorders.Methods 42 cases of somatoform disorders were divided into study group of 21 cases and control group of 21 cases. The study group was treated by routine drugs and psychiatric nursing and combinding with health education, the control group only by routine drug s and psychiatric nursing. Both groups were assessed with HAMD and HAMA before and at the end of 8 weeks of health education.ResultsThe scores of HAMD and HAMA in the two groups were higher than normal value before health education.Compared with pre-health education, the scores of HAMD and HAMA at the end 8 weeks decreased significantly in both the two groups (P<0.01,P<0.05), and the study group's scores decreased more than the control's (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Health education for patients with recognition of self negative emotions and improve their anxiety and depression has great role in promoting.
