浅议辽宁鸭绿江口滨海湿地国家级自然保护区环境现状与保护对策

摘要

wetlandsknownasthe“kidneyoftheearth”,“WaterforLife”thecradleofcivilization.Wetlandofmediationclimate,waterconservation,againstfloods,mediationfreshstreamfloodstoragesweatproof,Unconventionalsolidshoretopreventsoildesertification.Main-tainingregionalecologicalbalancealsohasanirreplaceablerole.Protectwetlandbiodiversity,thesustainableuseoftheprotectionofwetlandre-sourcesistheneedtopromotethecoordinateddevelopmentoftheenvironmentandtheeconomy.Wetlands,forests,oceansandecosystemknownastheworld'stopthree.Thewetlandisatreasurehouseofresourcesforhumansurvivalanddevelopmentandthemostimportantoneofthelivingenvironment,isanimportantcontentofChina'ssustainabledevelopment.Ofwetlandsecologicalstateoftheenvironmentisworrying,toraisepeople'swetlandprotectionawareness,establishnewwetlandsenvironmentalphilosophy:toprotectthediversityofcharacteristics,promotethecomprehensiveutilizationofwetlandsbroadenfinancingchannels,toincreaseeffortstoputintowetlandconservation;strengthenwetlandscien-tificresearchexpansionofinternationalcooperation.%　　湿地被誉为“地球之肾”，“生命之水”，“文明的发源地”。湿地对调解气候，涵养水源，抵御洪水，调解劲流，蓄洪防汗，放浪固岸，防止土壤沙化。维持区域生态平衡等方面也具有不可替代的作用。保护湿地生物多样性，保护湿地资源的永续利用是促进环境与经济协调发展的需要。湿地与森林，海洋一起并称为全球三大生态系统。湿地是人类赖以生存和发展的资源宝库和最重要的生存环境之一，是我国可持续发展的重要内容。但我国湿地的生态环境现状令人担忧，提高全民湿地保护意识，树立新型湿地环保理念：保护多样性特色，促进湿地综合利用广开筹资渠道，加大湿地保护的投入力度；加强湿地科学研究，扩大国际合作。
