Cu2S纳米片的溶剂热合成及其光催化性能研究

         

摘要

以CuCl.22H2O、(NH2)2CS为原料,以乙二胺为螯合剂,在160℃溶剂热条件下反应12小时一步合成Cu2S晶体。采用X射线衍射,扫描电子显微镜,光电子能谱等方法对样品的结构进行表征,结果表明,合成物为三叉状Cu2S纳米片。同时,以高压汞灯为辐照源对亚甲基蓝溶液进行光催化活性实验表明,所制备的样品具有很高的光催化活性。%Cu2S was successfully prepared via solvothermal process at 160℃ for 12 h, using CuCl2·2H2O and (NH2)2CS as raw materials, and ethylenediamine as chelating agent. The asrepared samples were characterized by Xray diffraction, scanning electronic microscope, and X-ray photo spectrum. The results indicate that the samples are well crystallized Cu2S in trident shape. The photo-catalytic degradation rate of methylene blue oxygenized by H2O2 under high-pressure mercury lamp irradiation catalyzed by Cu2S shows that the asprepared samples have high photo-catalytic activity.
