Using absorption rate and desorption rate of flavones from Emilia sonchifolia as indicators, the macroporous resin HPD722 with good separation efficiency was selected from 10 macroporous resins. The static absorption kinetics of HPD722 was studied. The results showed that the efficiency of HPD722 for the separation flavones from Emilia sonchifolia was higher than that of others, indicating HPD722 was suitable for the purification of flavones from Emilia sonchifolia.%选择10种大孔树脂,以一点红黄酮的吸附率和解吸率为指标进行筛选,优选出一种分离纯化一点红黄酮效果较好的大孔树脂;并对筛选得到的树脂进行静态吸附动力学研究.结果表明,HPD722大孔树脂对一点红黄酮具有良好的吸附分离性能,优于其他大孔树脂,HPD722适用于一点红黄酮的分离纯化.
