为给截短侧耳素类动物专用抗生素的研发提供试验依据,本试验合成了4种含丁胺侧链的截短侧耳素衍生物,研究了取代基的空间位阻对4种截短侧耳素衍生物鸡毒支原体抑制活性的影响.试验结果表明,化合物1、2的最小抑菌浓度均为0.0125 μg/mL,化合物3的最小抑菌浓度为0.25 μg/mL,化合物4的最小抑菌浓度为0.5 μg/mL.%This assay was aimed to provide experimental data for the research and development of new pleuromutilin anti-bacterials for veterinary use, four pleuromutilin derivatives with butyl amine group in the C14 side-chain were synthesized. The effects of steric hindrance on the antibacterial activity of four pleuromutilin derivatives against Mycoplasma gallisepticum had been studied. The MIC of compounds 1 and 2 both reached 0. 0125 μg/mL, the MIC of compound 3 reached 0. 25μg/mL, while the MIC of compound 4 reached 0. 5μg/mL.
