本次调查通过查阅有关流行病学资料、走访畜主和兽医技术人员以及问卷调查等方式，掌握了塔额垦区刚果嗜皮菌病的地域、畜间分布、流行规律、发展趋势，明确了刚果嗜皮菌病的流行与海拔高度、降雨量以及蚊蝇蜱活动正相关，呈现明显季节性和区域性。本地粗毛羊及中国美利奴改良羊尤易感，发病率为29.19%，羔幼羊死亡率达70.89%。同时记述了绵羊刚果嗜皮菌病主要的临床表现和病理解剖学变化，根据流行病学特点，进一步提出了防治建议。%The investigation was conducted by means of consulting epidemiological data, interviewing the livestock owers, and veterinarians and questionnaire survey, in order to understand region, distribution, prevalence rules, development tendency of Dermataphilus congolensis in livestock in Tacheng-Emin reclamation area and positive correlation of Dermatophilus congolensis infection with altitude,rainfall,the mosquito, fly and tick activities, and the obvious seasonal and regional occurrence. The local coarse-wool sheep and Chinese Merino were especially easy to be infected, with morbidity of 29.19%, and mortality of 70.89%in young lambs. Meanwhile,the clinical manefestations and morbid anatomy of Dermatophilus congolensis infection were descripbed and the prevention and control measures were proposed on the basis of its epidemiological features.
