英国北爱尔兰文化遗产保护体系与经验借鉴

摘要

在阅读文献和实地考察的基础上，通过对北爱尔兰文化遗产保护与利用整体情况和个别案例分析，总结出可供我国参考借鉴的经验。第一，建立多方面的合作联动机制，充分发挥政府、民间团体和公众的优势和作用。第二，加强宣传教育引导，提高国民的文化遗产保护意识。第三，拓宽文化遗产保护资金渠道，形成长远稳定的资金来源。%On the basis of reading the literature and on-the-spot investigation, we analyzed the overal situation and special cases of cultural heritage protection and utilization of North Ireland and summed up some experiences for our reference. Firstly, establishing al-round cooperation and interaction system, making ful use of the advantages and functions of government, non-governmental organizations and the public; secondly, strengthening the guidance of publicity and education, increasing national consciousness of cultural heritage protection; thirdly, widening the sources of fund for cultural heritage protection, forming long-term and stable capital sources.
