秦岭岩白菜多糖的提取纯化工艺研究

     

摘要

With the content and yield as the index, the process of extraction and purification of polysaccha-rides in Bergeniascopulosa T. P. Wang were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:extraction with 20 BV water at 90 °C for 3 times, each time 0. 5 h;The purification conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol precipitation for 24 h with 4 BV ethanol with volume fraction of 70% . The process of extraction and purification of polysaccharides in Bergeniascopulosa T. P. Wang is simple, reasonable and feasible.%以秦岭岩白菜多糖的含量和得率为指标,采用正交实验对秦岭岩白菜多糖的提取纯化工艺进行了优化。确定秦岭岩白菜多糖的最佳提取工艺为:用20 BV水在90℃提取3次,每次0.5 h;最佳纯化工艺为:用4 BV 70%(体积分数)乙醇醇沉24 h。该优化提取纯化工艺简便、合理、可行。
