Al2 O3泡沫陶瓷表面负载四钛酸钾晶须及其光催化性能

     

摘要

采用挂浆工艺将 K2 Ti4 O9晶须均匀负载到 Al2 O3泡沫陶瓷上制备了光催化剂,考察了浆料固含量、挂浆次数对挂浆效果的影响,比较了负载前后光催化剂对亚甲基蓝的降解率,采用 SEM 分析了负载 K2 Ti4 O9晶须的 Al2 O3泡沫陶瓷的表面及断面形貌,采用 XRD 进行了成分分析。结果表明:K2 Ti4 O9浆料的固含量为30%,经2次挂浆处理的Al2 O3泡沫陶瓷坯体最好,此时 K2 Ti4 O9晶须均匀负载于 Al2 O3泡沫陶瓷上,且无堵孔,负载后光催化效率得到了很大的提高,亚甲基蓝的降解率可达94.34%。%The photocatalyst of alumina foam ceramic with K2 Ti4 O9 whiskers uniformly loaded on the surface was prepared by a centrifuging process.The effects of slurry solid contents and coating times on coating effect were studied. The degradation rates for methylene blue by the loaded and unloaded photocatalysts were compared.The surface and fracture surface of the alumina foam ceramic loaded with K2 Ti4 O9 whiskers were characterized by SEM and their chemi-cal components were analyzed by XRD.The results showed that,the alumina foam ceramic body was the best when coa-ted twice and the solid content of K2 Ti4 O9 slurry was 30%.At this point,the K2 Ti4 O9 whiskers were uniformly loaded on the alumina foam ceramic without plugging holes.The photocatalytic efficiency was greatly improved after loading. The degradation rate for methylene blue reached 94.34%.
