N掺杂Ti O2纳米粉体的制备及其可见光催化性能

         

摘要

N-doped TiO2 was prepared by hydrothermal method using nanotubube titanic acid and urea as the precursor of Ti and N ,respectively .The samples were characterized by X-Ray diffraction (XRD ) , transmission electron microscope (TEM ) , diffused reflectance spectra (DRS) ,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS ) and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) . The effect of doping content of urea and hydrothermal temperature to products were studied . And the photodegradation of methylene blue (MB) was tested as a model pollutant to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of N-doped TiO2 under visible light .The results indicated that N-TiO2 prepared at 130 ℃ (nNTi=1/2) showed the highest photocatalytic activity .%  首次以钛酸纳米管(NTA)为Ti的前驱体,以尿素为N源,采用水热法制备N掺杂 TiO2纳米微粒,并用X射线衍射仪(XRD )、X 射线光电子能谱仪(XPS )、紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪(U V-Vis DRS )、透射电镜(T EM )、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等技术对不同条件下制备的产物进行了表征。探讨了尿素的掺杂量、水热温度对N掺杂T iO2形貌和结构的影响,并以亚甲基蓝为模型反应物考察了其在可见光下的催化性能,结果表明样品U N-130-1/2催化活性最高。
