对酞醛辅助水热制备石墨烯水凝胶及其超电容性能研究

     

摘要

A graphene hydrogel (GH) was prepared by hydrothermal method with the assist of 1,4-phthalaldehyde.In a typical synthesis, 1,4-phthalaldehyde and aqueous ammonia were added to GO solution to form a mixed solution, then the solution was heated at 100 ℃ for 6 hours to obtained CH.The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicated GH had a three-dimensional structure.The pro-ducts are mechanically strong, and two GH columns with a diameter around 8 mm can support 100 g weight with little deformation, that equalled a pressure of 6.5 kPa.Through the Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy analysis, we discussed the role of 1,4-phthalaldehyde and ammonia on the formation of the GH and the possible mechanism of the formation of GH.The GH was used as self-supporting electrodes for supercapacitors.The electrochemical measurement showed that, at the current density of 1 A/g, the specific capacitance of GH was 120 F/g.%通过在氧化石墨烯(GO)水溶液中引入对酞醛和氨水,在较低温度(100 ℃)下水热,制备了石墨烯水凝胶(GH),SEM测试显示材料具有三维形貌.材料具有良好机械强度,两个直径8 mm的圆柱形凝胶可支撑100 g的砝码,相当于承受6.5 kPa的压力.通过对比实验,并对材料进行了FT-IR表征,讨论了对酞醛和氨水在GH形成过程中的作用,提出了GH可能的形成机理.直接将制备的GH用作超级电容器自支撑电极进行了电化学测试分析,电流密度在1 A/g时材料的比容量达到120 F/g.
