泡沫镍基底的超疏水表面制备及其油水分离特性的探究

     

摘要

采用两步水热法在以泡沫镍为基材上构筑具有枝杈状多重粗糙度的表面,该表面经低表面能的全氟硅烷偶联剂疏水化处理后呈现超疏水性质.另外通过改变催化剂的种类,可以实现表面微结构由枝杈状向花状及片层状结构的调控,具有上述微结构的表面经疏水化处理后均呈现很好的超疏水性质,制备表面与水的接触角可达160°,滚动角小于10°;通过该方法制备的超疏水表面可以用于简单的油水分离.实验中针对表面进行了XRD、SEM电镜进行了分析,并针对结构表面的构效关系进行了相关的分析.%Multi-scale roughness surfaces with dendritic structure were prepared via two-step hydrothermal method.These surfaces have super-hydrophobic property after hydrophobic treatment using perfluorosilane solution.Additionally, structured surfaces underwent the changes from dendritic to flower-like and to ribbon morphology while selecting various basic catalysts.Meanwhile, these surfaces can be applied to oil-water separation arising from super-hydrophobic property with contact angle over 160° and sliding angle less than 10°.The chemical components and surface morphology were characterized by XRD and SEM respectively.Based on experimental results, the relationship between texture parameters and the super-hydrophobic property was discussed extensively.
