水杨酸甲酯的合成新工艺

     

摘要

利用水杨酸和无水甲醇作为反应物,固体超强酸ZrO2/SO2-4为催化剂,催化合成水杨酸甲酯.通过考察催化剂用量、反应物的物质的量之比、反应时间等因素对合成水杨酸甲酯产率的影响,最终确定使用固体超强酸ZrO2/SO2-4合成水杨酸甲酯的最适宜条件为:当水杨酸的量为0.05 mol,无水甲醇为0.2 mol,催化剂固体超强酸ZrO2/SO2-4用量为1 g,反应时间为2.0 h,带水剂环己烷用量为12 mL,水杨酸甲酯的酯化率可达到86.35%.在此条件下,催化剂的催化活性高、反应条件温和、方法简便、收率好且污染小,可重复使用,符合节能环保的理念.%This paper focused on the study of catalytic synthesis of methylis salicylas using salicylic acid and anhydrous methanol as reactants and with solid superacids ZrO2/SO2-4 as catalyst.The optimum conditions on the synthesis of methylis salicylas were that the amount of salicylic acid and anhydrous methanol were respective 0.05 mol and 0.2 mol, the quality of solid superacids ZrO2/SO2-4 catalyst was 1.0 g, reaction time was 2.0 h, and cyclohexane was 12 mL.The yield of methylis salicylas was 86.35%.The new synthesis porcess has the advantages with high catalytic activity, mild reaction conditions, simple convenient process, good yield, little pollution, reuse of catalyst, and energy-saving environmental protection.
