奥贝胆酸的合成方法与药学性能的研究进展

     

摘要

Obeticholic acid ( OCA) , a 6-ethyl derivative of chenodeoxycholic acid, is an effective far-nesoid X( FX) nuclear receptor agonist. OCA has a good therapeutic effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver and primary biliary cirrhosis to result in broad application prospects in clinical practice. Due to it has superior performance in clinical practice, the clinical application and synthesis of OCA are the focus of biological medicine. In recent years, a great progress has been got in OCA's synthetic methods and technology research, however, there is no method can be applied to large-scale production. This paper reviews the current status of clinical research and synthesis methods of OCA.%奥贝胆酸是鹅去氧胆酸6位乙基衍生物,是一种有效的法尼酯衍生物X(FX)核受体激动剂,对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎和原发性胆汁性肝硬化有很好的治疗效果,临床应用前景广阔.鉴于奥贝胆酸在临床应用方面的优越性能,奥贝胆酸的临床应用与合成是目前生物医药领域研究的热点.尽管近些年,奥贝胆酸的合成方法和工艺研究方面取得长足进步,但要实现规模化生产,仍有一些问题需要解决.本文就奥贝胆酸的合成方法和临床应用的研究进展做一综述.
