高效液相色谱法测一次性卫生用品中丙烯酸单体残留含量

摘要

文章分析了一次性卫生用品中可能存在的有害化学物质,建立了针对丙烯酸单体残留量的HPLC-DAD检测方法.采用ZORBAX SB-AQ为分析柱,以0.1%磷酸缓冲溶液作为流动相,流量为1.0 mL/min.检测波长为210 nm, 对纸尿裤中的有机酸进行定性、定量检测.该方法前处理简单、易操作.方法可靠性从线性范围、最低检出限、回收率和精密度等方面进行考察.可知用该方法检测样品时的标曲线性范围为0.01~1 000 mg/kg,回收率在80%~110%范围内,相对标准偏差为 0.1%~4.0%,最低检出限为0.001 mg/kg.方法简便准确,能够满足一次性卫生用品中丙烯酸单体残留含量的检测要求.%The article developed a new method for quantitative determination of Acrylic acid in diaper by HPLC-DAD. The target compounds were detected on an ZORBAX SB-AQ column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)in gradient elution mode using 0.1%H3PO4 (100%) as the mobile phase. The detective wavelength was 210nm. The method had a good linear range,recovery,RSD and LOD. They were in the range of 90%~110% ,0.1%~4.0% and 0.001μg/g .The results indicated that the developed method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of 6 Acrylic acid in disposable sanitary products.
