微波法一步合成柠檬酸碳量子点及其分析应用

         

摘要

The citric acid was used as the common carbon source material, and the carbon quantum dots were synthesized by one-step microwave method. The conditions of microwave synthesis of fluorescent carbon quantum dots were investigated by fluorescence method. The amount of sodium hydroxide was 0.4mol/L,the microwave power of synthetic carbon quantum dots was 455 W,microwave time was 2 min,the final color of carbon quantum dot was brown. The fluorescence was excited at 371 nm and the emission wavelength was 456 nm,and its structure was char-acterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Quercetin showed a selective quenching effect on the fluorescent carbon dots,fluorescence quenching effects was used to detect quercetin. The linear range of quercetin was 6~100 μmol / L and the detection limit was 0.1 μmol/L.%以常见的柠檬酸作为碳源物质,采用微波法一步合成碳量子点.应用荧光法探索了微波合成荧光碳量子点条件,氢氧化钠的用量为0.4 mol/L、合成碳量子点的功率为455 W、微波时间为2 min,最终制得的碳量子点颜色呈棕黄色.荧光激发在371 nm、发射波长在456 nm,并且用傅立叶变换红外光谱对其结构进行表征.槲皮素对荧光碳点表现出选择性猝灭效果,基于荧光猝灭现象用于检测槲皮素,该方法对槲皮素测定的线性范围为6~100 μmol/L,检出限为0.1 μmol/L.
