适用于高温碳酸盐岩储层稠化缓速酸液体系研究

         

摘要

In view of the acidification construction of high temperature carbonate reservoir,there are some problems,such as fast reaction speed,pipe column corrosion and secondary pollution.Through indoor optimization and evaluation of thickening agents,corrosion inhibitors,drainage aids and stabilizers of iron ions,a set of thickening retarded acid system suitable for high temperature carbonate reservoirs has been developed,and the comprehensive performance of acid system are evaluated.The results show that the thickening of retarded acid system in shear 140 min at 120 ℃ the viscosity remained is above 50 mPa · s,which has good resistance to temperature and shear capacity.System of debris and dolomite dissolution rate reaches the maximum time is far greater than 20% the hydrochloric acid solution,which has good retarding performance.The system also has good performance of cleanup and lowcorrosion rate.The results of core acidification experiment show that the rate of permeability improvement of thickening and retarding acid system to the natural core of natural reservoir is greater than 250%,and the effect is obviously better than that of hydrochloric acid.It shows that the preferred thickening slow acid solution system has obvious transformation effect on the high temperature carbonate reservoir,and can meet the requirement of site acidification construction.%针对高温碳酸盐岩储层酸化施工时存在酸岩反应速度快、管柱腐蚀及二次污染等问题,室内通过对稠化剂、缓蚀剂、助排剂和铁离子稳定剂等处理剂的优选与评价,研究出了一套适合高温碳酸盐储层的稠化缓速酸液体系.对酸液体系的综合性能进行了评价,结果表明:该稠化缓速酸液体系在120℃下剪切140 min后,其黏度仍保持在50 mPa·s以上,具有良好的耐温抗剪切能力;体系对岩屑和白云岩达到最大溶蚀率的时间远远大于20%盐酸溶液,说明具有良好的缓速性能;体系还具有良好的助排性能和较低的腐蚀速率.岩心模拟酸化试验结果表明:稠化缓速酸液体系对目标油田储层天然岩心的基质渗透率改善率大于250%,效果明显好于盐酸.优选的稠化缓速酸液体系对高温碳酸盐储层具有明显的改造作用,能够满足现场酸化施工作业的需求.
