The surface treatment on the hollow glass microspheres dry powder is carried out on a self-made device. The oil adsorption data and mechanical properties from the above-mentioned surface treatment are used to characterize the modification effect which is then compared with the wet process modification method. The results indicate that the self-made modification device with 0.5wt% reagent dosage is nondestructive and has better modification effect than the wet process modification method with 5wt%reagent dosage.%采用自制设备对空心玻璃微珠干粉直接进行表面处理, 并与湿法改性处理进行对比, 采用吸油值数据和力学性能数据对处理效果进行表征. 研究发现, 使用该设备可以在药剂用量质量分率为0.5%时达到湿法改性药剂用量质量分率为5%的效果, 并可以做到无损处理, 改性效果较好.
