钢制立式储罐常见失效模式及检测技术

论述了钢制立式储罐的常见失效模式及主要的在线、 离线检测技术. 从罐底、 罐壁、 罐顶的腐蚀入手, 着重介绍了漏磁检测技术、 声发射在线检测技术和高频导波检测技术的应用, 并对各种检测手段的搭配使用进行了讨论.%The common failure modes as well as the main online and offline detection technologies of the steel vertical storage tank are discussed. On account of the corrosion of the tank bottom, tank wall and tank deck, the applications of the magnetic leaking detection technology, the acoustic emission online detection technology and the high frequency guided wave detection technology along with their combinations are emphatically introduced.
