用MSF技术和ICP光谱法测定钢中P含量

摘要

对 ICP-OES （电感耦合等离子体发射光谱）法测定钢中 P 元素含量的试验方法进行介绍。通过适当比例的盐硝混酸溶解试样，采用 MSF （多元光谱拟合）技术消除光谱干扰和基体效应，应用标准加入法对不同干扰物含量的国家标准物质中的 P 元素含量进行分析检测，分析结果准确，其精密度及加标回收率均符合检测要求，可用于日常分析工作。%The paper presents the test of measuring P-content of the steel using ICP-OES technique; taking the sample of sal prunella mixed acid solution of proper proportion, using MSF technique to eliminate the spectrometry disturbance and matrix effect, carries out the analysis and test of P-content in the national standard substance with different content of disturbance elements according to application standard addition method; the measured results that its accuracy and indexed recovery rate satisfy with test requirement can be used for the common analysis.
