电感耦合等离子体质谱法测钢铁中As、 Sn、 Sb、 B

摘要

An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer is used to test and determine the content of As, Sn, Sb and B in low alloy steel for hydrogen-processing equipment, nuclear power equipment and civil product made by CFHI. The test result is analysed.%　　介绍利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对我公司加氢、核电、民品类低合金钢中的As、 Sn、 Sb、 B进行联合测定的方法原理，并对测量结果进行分析。
