燭he experimental regularity and the mechanism of coercitive force of metallic nickel powders and WC-Ni mixture powders used for WC-Ni cemented carbides production have been explored by means of the specific coercitive force Hsc physical measure. The results show that the Hsc of WC-Ni mixture powders bears a simple positive-going relation to wt.?Ni in the mixture and it increases with fining and well-distributing of Ni particles in WC-Ni mixtrue powders due to the increase of the magnetic- moment interaction of adjacent nickel particles and the residual stress existing among powder particles by grinding.%用比矫顽磁力Hx物理量探讨了金属镍粉和硬质合金生产用WC-Ni混合粉的矫顽磁力的实验规律和机理。结果表明,WC-Ni混合粉的Hx与其中镍含量具有简单的正向对应关系,其值随镍粉颗粒细化和镍粉在混合料中分布均匀化而提高并归因于混合料中相邻镍颗粒磁矩间相互作用和颗粒间残余应力因研磨作用的增加。
