细颗粒二硫化钨的制备

摘要

对现有WS2生产方法进行了分析，选择了一种简单可行的制备方法——在隔绝空气的情况下，用钨粉和硫磺高温合成WS2。在硫用量为理论量1.8倍，混合物经低温硫化，高温脱硫，制取了FSSS1～2μm细微片状WS2。%Present WS2 manufacturing methods are analysed. A simple and available preparing method is elected,that is tungsten powder and sulphur are synthesized into WS2 at high temperature under the condition of insulating air. Sulphur content is 1.8 times as theoretical content. Mixtures are sulphidized at low temperature,removed sulphide at high temperature and made fine flaky WS2 with FSSS1～2μm.
