MLK矿渣磨的调试研究

摘要

以MLK2650矿渣磨调试为例，介绍了MLK矿渣磨初期调试和正常生产调试的方法和步骤。研究发现：良好的矿渣磨系统热量平衡和风量平衡是磨机平稳、安全运行的保障；设备的正常、物料的稳定、仪表的准确是磨机连续长期运转的根本；风量、风温、压差、辊压力、喷水、选粉机转速等参数的最优配置是磨机优质、高产的关键。%　　Took commissioning of MLK2650 slag mill for example, the commissioning method and steps of MLK slag mill in initial stage and normal production were introduced. The study shows that well thermal and air balance are the guarantee of stable and safe running;normal equipment,stable raw material and precise instrument are the fundamental of long life running;optimum parameters as air volume,air temperature,differential pressure, roller pressure;water spraying and separator's rotating speed are the key to high quali⁃ty of output.
