旁路放风系统对电石渣配料熟料岩相的影响

         

摘要

By comparison of the petrographic facies of carbide slag clinker produced with and without by-pass system, the impact of chlorine content in carbide slag on clinker quality was studied. The results show that no matter whether using by-pass system, there is no new mineral(calcium chloroaluminate) in clinker, and applying by-pass system can decrease chloride ion concentration and then control its harmful effect on firing sytem. And the ecological cement clinker produced with municipal solid waste incineration ash and carbide slag clinker were contrasted, as the chlorine content in the latter was one thirty-fifth of that of the former, the physical perfor⁃mance of the two clinkers differ greatly.%  通过对比使用旁路放风系统前后电石渣配料熟料岩相的变化,研究了电石渣中氯离子含量对熟料质量的影响。结果表明,无论是否使用旁路放风系统,电石渣配料熟料中都没有新矿物(氯铝酸钙)生成;旁路放风系统可以降低窑尾氯离子的富集程度,从而减少氯离子对烧成系统的不良影响。另对比了城市垃圾焚烧灰配料生产的生态水泥和电石渣配料生产的水泥熟料,因电石渣中的氯离子含量仅为城市垃圾焚烧灰的1/35,因此两种熟料物理性能差异巨大。
