越南广福5000 t/d熟料生产线基于PCS7 V8.0的冗余设计

摘要

In view of current situation of deficiency traditional control system in cement production enterprises, a redundant control system scheme based on Siemens PCS7 V8.0 was designed and adopted in Vietnam Quang Phuc 5 000 t/d production line. AS-400H controller is the center in the sytem to realize dual fault-tolerant function and communicate by redundant double loop network. The practice proves that the system is a stability, security and reliability.%针对水泥生产企业传统控制系统不足的现状，设计了一种基于西门子PCS7 V8.0冗余控制系统方案并应用于越南广福5000 t/d熟料生产线中。该系统以AS-400H主控制器为中心，实现了双通道容错功能，并采用冗余双环网方式进行通讯。经实践证明：该系统运行稳定、安全及可靠。
