信号注入法、寻迹法处理水泥生产线电气故障

摘要

在水泥生产线中,普遍采用了DCS控制.其中,通过信号注入法和寻迹来检查处理电气故障是实际工作中常用的方法.介绍了相关的基本概念,在此基础上,列举实例具体说明信号注入法和寻迹法的故障处理方法与步骤.实践证明,这两种方法用于处理模拟量、开关量电气故障行之有效.%DCS control is widely used in cement production line, and signal injection and tracing method is the common method to check and deal with electrical fault. On base of introduction of basic related concepts, steps of signal injection and tracing method are illustrated by real examples. The practice shows the two methods are effective for the treatment of analog and switch quantity electrical faults.
