LANE篦冷机传动液压控制系统的开发应用

摘要

LANE篦冷机为第四代不漏料篦冷机，对篦床位移精度要求较第三代大大提高，故对传动液压控制系统提出了更高要求。本文简要介绍了传动液压控制系统的开发与应用，利用PLC的PID控制运算模块，提高了控制精度，满足了篦床的位移运行要求。%LANE grate cooler is the fourth generation of no-material-leakage grate cooler, its requirements of grate bed displacement accuracy compared to the third generation is greatly improved, so it puts forward higher requirements to the hydraulic transmission con⁃trol system . This paper briefly introduces the development and application of hydraulic transmission control system, uses PLC PID con⁃trol arithmetic module to improve the control precision and meet the displacement operation requirements of grate bed.
