FRNK negatively regulates liver fibrosis via attenuating activation of hepatic stellate cells

＜正＞Objective:This study was conducted to examine the effect of focal adhesion kinase-associated non-kinase（FRNK）overexpression or inhibition on hepatic stellate cell（HSC）-mediated liver fibrosis progression and to explore the role of FRNK in improving liver fibrosis.Methods:i)Using primary mouse HSCs and the human HSC cell line LX-2,an adenoviral vector was used to mediate
