“非合理性条件”理论对服务型企业经营成果产生影响的机制探讨

The Unreasonable Condition Theory originates from Concordance Process.Based on this theory and using the SERVQUAL model,this paper is an empirical research to show the influence of the theory upon the operating results of service type enterprises.It further proves that the theory in scientific and can be widely applied.%“非合理性条件”理论来源于 Concordance Process,其科学性已为一些实证研究所证明。文章以此为基础,针对服务型企业经营成果进行实证研究,以 SERVQUAL 模型为桥梁,确定了“非合理性条件”理论各因素对服务型企业经营成果产生影响的机制,进一步证明了“非合理性条件”理论的科学性和广泛性。
