垂直奢侈品购物网站的可用性评价--尚品网和佳品网的比较研究

         

摘要

Based on the Microsoft Usability Guidance (MUG), a comparison of usability between two vertical shopping websites of luxuries, Shangpin and Jiapin, is carried out by setting up an assessment model with 16 sub-indexes in 6 dimensions and applying methodological triangulation. It is found that though the overall usability of Shangpin and Jiapin is similar, Shangpin needs to improve its content, applica-bility, marketing and customized services;Jiapin is required to step up the innovation in marketing and customized services. In addition, the analysis improves that the model could offer reference to the usability analysis of other shopping websites of the same type.%以微软的可用性评价指南(MUG)为基础,依据6个维度共16个子指标构建评价模型,采用三角验证的方法对两个垂直奢侈品购物网站---尚品网和佳品网进行可用性比较研究,得出结论:佳品网和尚品网的可用性整体趋同;尚品网在内容、易适用性、促销、定制服务上均需要改进和提升;佳品网在促销、定制服务方面需要进一步创新和提高。同时,研究结果亦证明,该模型也可为同类型购物网站的可用性评价提供参考。
