总线式电动客车高压配电控制系统设计

     

摘要

The author designs a bus-based high-voltage distribution control system for electric buses, which inte-grates the complex external control circuit into the distribution cabinet to make the complex control signals and the input/output signals transmitted via the CAN bus network. The results are that the on-line calibration or adjustment of the distribution cabinet parameters is realized, the wiring harness is simplified, the failure points are reduced, and the failure rate of the vehicle high-voltage system is reduced, as well as the maintenance and use become effective.%设计一种总线式电动客车高压配电控制系统,将复杂的外部控制电路集成到配电柜内部,使复杂控制信号和输入输出信号通过CAN总线网络进行传输, 实现对配电柜参数的在线标定或调整, 简化线束,减少故障点,降低整车高压系统的故障率,使其维护和使用变得简单、有效.
