However, for pile integrity testing of existing structure,the socalled reflected wave method of is no longer applicable. The improved method is suggested in detail by author, which has been successfully used in this engineering. The site of vibration signal excitation and receiving is pile side, which is different from that of traditional method. It may provide useful reference for similar projects.
