Energy saving and environmental protection are not only the development direction of future society, but also the important features of light wood frame construction. This paper, associated with the No. 1 villa of Caofeidian International Eco-city project as an example, expounds the energy saving and environmental protection features of light wood frame construction, and analyzes the development prospect of light wood frame construction in China.%节能环保既是未来社会的发展方向，也是轻型木结构建筑的重要特点。以曹妃甸国际生态城项目的1号轻型木结构别墅为例，阐述了轻型木结构建筑保温节能和低碳环保的优良特性，并分析了轻型木结构建筑在中国的发展前景。
