旋流防阻机可行性试验

     

摘要

为解决污水源热泵中污水换热器堵塞、延缓和减轻结垢,提出旋流防阻机,通过连续底流和溢流回流带走分离污杂物,创造污杂物暂离、净水取热环境。搭建了可行性试验台,进行了针对砂水、高浓度生活污水、低浓度生活污水的可行性试验。结果表明,旋流防阻机可实现污杂物的有效分离,在维持低分流比的前提下,砂水分离效率接近100%,高浓度生活污水分离效率在93%~97%之间,低浓度生活污水分离效率在57%~72%之间。分离效率与污杂物的密度成正比,而与入口压力基本无关,且总能量损失为10~20kPa。%To solve the blockage issues and relieve the fouling problems of the sewage heat exchanger in the sewage source heat pump, the hydrocyclone anti-blockage device was proposed. Under the combining effect of the continuous underlfow and overlfow relfux, the foulant could be removed temporarily and the heat could be taken from the sewage after decontamination. In addition, the feasibility test rig was built up and the feasibility experiments of sand-water, high-concentration sewage and low-concentration sewage were conducted, respectively. Furthermore, the experimental results illustrated that the hydrocyclone anti-blockage device could separate the foulant efifciently. Maintaining low split ratio, the separation efifciency for sand-water was close to 100%, and the separation efifciency for high-concentration sewage was within 93%~97%, and the separation efifciency for low-concentration sewage was within 57%~72%. The separation efifciency was proportional to the foulant density, whereas it had basically nothing to do with the feed pressure. The energy loss was 10~20 kPa.
