固体除湿材料的微波再生分析

         

摘要

This paper conducted comparative experimental study of solid desiccant materials (silica gel) microwave and hot air regeneration performance from perspectives of regenerating effect and energy consumption, the regeneration and energy-saving effect of microwave on solid desiccant material was analyzed and a dynamics model on silica gel microwave regeneration was obtained by com-paring the regeneration rate and time, unit electricity consumption and energy utilization rate of two different methods. The results show that:the regeneration rate of dehumidiifcation material is about constant when the microwave regeneration power is higher than 264W and the solid desiccant materials are of the same quality;At the time when the silica gel reached the same degree of regeneration, the average regeneration rate of microwave in 4 conditions is 2.76~18.63 times of the average regeneration rate of hot air under the same conditions;At the same degree of regeneration, the electric energy consumed by microwave regeneration in 5 conditions account for 4.55%~15.15%of the energy consumption of hot air regeneration under the same working conditions;With the regeneration degree in the range of 0.1~0.6, the average energy utilization rate of microwave regeneration under different working conditions is 10.24~17.86 times of the average utilization rate of hot air regeneration;It is found that, through the comparative analysis, the modiifed Page model (I) is more suitable for the simulation of silica gel microwave regeneration compared with the other models. It can also be found that the built regeneration kinet-ics model of a desiccant material under the effect of microwave can accurately simulate the process of silica gel microwave regeneration based on the comparative analysis of theoretical calculation and test value of the dynamics model, which provides the basis for the theo-retical analysis of silicon microwave regeneration.%从再生效果和再生能耗两方面对固体除湿材料(硅胶)的微波和热风再生性能进行对比研究,建立了微波再生的动力学模型。比较两种再生方式的再生速率、再生时间、单位耗电量和能源利用率,分析微波对固体除湿材料的再生效果和节能效应;通过比较分析多种干燥模型的拟合结果得出适用于各种微波功率下的硅胶微波再生的动力学模型。研究结果表明,对于相同质量的固体除湿材料,在微波功率不小于某一值且再生速率达到稳定时微波再生速率的大小与微波功率有关,与除湿材料的干基含水率无关;微波再生功率在264W以上时的平均再生速率为热风平均再生速率的2.7倍以上;在达到相同再生度时,微波再生功率在136W以上所消耗的电能为热风再生所消耗电能的15%以下,且在再生度在0.1~0.6内前者的平均能源利用率是后者的10.24~17.86倍。
