南通地区淤泥烧结砖石灰爆裂原因分析

摘要

对南通地区典型淤泥烧结砖的石灰爆裂情况进行了研究。试验表明,淤泥原料中石灰石颗粒大小对石灰爆裂有根本性影响,原料中大于1mm的粗颗粒石灰石颗粒越大,石灰爆裂越严重。通过过筛、人工挑选等原料处理方法可以有效地降低甚至消除淤泥砖石灰爆裂现象。%Cause of lime blowing for fired silt brick in NanTong is researched in this paper.The results show that the particle size of limestone is the main reason,the more the particles over 1mm are,the more the lime blowing is.The lime blowing could be decreased by sieving or picking bulky grain.
