Keeping the concrete slump unchanged, the high-strength lightweight concrete is prepared by glass beads and ceramsite;And the effect of ceramsite content, glass beads content and water producer content on the water-cement ratio, apparent density and mechanical properties of concrete are studied. The results show that the water-cement ratio of concrete increased and the apparent density and strength of concrete reduced with increasing ceramsite content and glass beads content; With increasing superplasticizer content, the water-cement ratio of concrete reduced, but the apparent density and strength of concrete increased first and then decreased, and the optimal water producer content is 1.5 %, and glass beads and ceramsite are evenly distributed in the concrete, no segregation and stratification. The test determines the main technical method for preparing high strength lightweight concrete.%在坍落度保持一定的条件下,采用玻璃微珠和陶粒制备轻质高强混凝土,研究了陶粒、玻璃微珠、减水剂的掺量对混凝土水灰比、表观密度和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着陶粒、玻璃微珠掺量的增加,混凝土水灰比提高,表观密度和强度降低;随减水剂掺量的增加,混凝土水灰比降低,表观密度和强度先提高后降低,减水剂最佳掺量为1.5%;玻璃微珠与陶粒在混凝土内部分布均匀,无离析分层现象。通过试验确定配制轻质高强混凝土的主要技术方法,制备出强度63.4 MPa,表观密度1770 kg/m3,比强度1.328的轻质高强混凝土。
