解读烧结墙体材料窑炉热平衡测试计算

The standard of "fired wall materials unit product energy consumption limit" drafted by Chinese building material test certification Group Xi'an Co. Ltd. has been published and will be implemented on January 1, 2015. This is the first standard for limiting the energy consumption value defined as a mandatory index in wall materials industry. This paper introduces the heat balance test method for testing and grading the energy consumption limit, and introduces the calculation method and attentions.%由中国建材检验认证集团西安有限公司主起草的《烧结墙体材料单位产品能源消耗限额》强制性标准已批准发布，定于2015年1月1日起正式实施。该标准是烧结墙体材料行业内第一次设置能耗限额，被定义为强制性指标。为此介绍了在能耗限额测试定级过程中采用的方法--热平衡测试方法，并且介绍了具体计算方法和注意事项，作为烧结墙材能耗限额测试方法的具体解读。
