村镇房屋抗震性能新型加固方法

摘要

For reducing earthquake disasters to property loss and casualty of rural buildings, this paper describes the necessity of rural buildings on seismic strengthening, summarizes failure modes of rural buildings in Wenchuan earthquake, analyzes new seismic strengthening methods foe rural buildings, and studies out seismic strengthening methods that are economical and efficient. The results show that, the selection of proper reinforcement methods of rural buildings according to earthquake disaster phenomena is economical and efficient. This method can achieve seismic fortification criterion, it improves residents’fortification consciousness and comprehensive seismic perfor⁃mance of rural buildings. Earthquake disasters will be decreased in the future.%为减小地震灾害对村镇建筑产生的财产损失及人员伤亡，通过对村镇建筑抗震加固必要性的阐述、汶川地震村镇建筑破坏形式的总结及新型抗震加固方法对其处理分析，得出了经济高效加固措施。分析结果表明：针对村镇建筑震害现象有目的地选用正确的加固措施，可高效经济地达到大震不到的设防标准。使村镇居民增强对抗震设防的意识，同时加强了村镇房屋的抗震性能，最大限度地降低未来发生的地震灾害。
