乡镇砖厂及其组织结构变革历程研究--以虞城县宏民建材有限公司为研究对象

摘要

为调查研究乡镇砖厂及其组织结构的变革历程和发展趋势，主要采用访谈法、案例研究法、文献资料等研究方法，对虞城县宏民建材有限公司（隧道窑砖厂），虞城县营郭镇前期的轮窑砖厂进行综合分析，并探讨其变革趋势和组织模式。最终发现乡镇砖厂变革与国家政策、技术、环境息息相关；组织模式由蜂窝式转变成直线职能--委员会制。研究得出乡镇砖厂的组织结构模式应与国家相关政策的变化，外部环境和技术相适应，改变理念，主动革新技术设备，采用适当的组织结构和科学现代的管理方法。%This paper researches and analyzes several brick-making plants in Yucheng County, and discusses their change course and organizational structure. The results show that the organizational structure mode of township brick-making plants should adapt the change of related national policies, external environment and technologies, as well as changing ideas, innovating technology and equipments, and using appropriate organizational structure and scientific modern management methods.
