贵州某厂660MW超临界W火焰锅炉结焦问题现场试验研究

摘要

针对贵州省某电厂660MW超临界W火焰锅炉运行中存在的严重结焦问题,结合试验数据和运行参数,从燃煤特性、锅炉设备特性、运行方式、自动逻辑控制等方面分析了该机组结焦的原因并提出了相应的处理措施,以供相关问题参考借鉴.%Severe slagging occured in a supercritical 660MW W - flame boiler in Guizhou province, an analysis has been carried out from some aspects : coal quality or boiler system or operation mode or automatic logic control, which based on the test result and operation parameters,so as to find the main reasons for the problem and propose corresponding countermeasures, and therefore provide references for relevant issues.
