融冠1号矿中深孔爆破参数优化研究

     

摘要

在内蒙古兴业集团融冠矿业l号矿中深孔爆破之中,存在炸药单耗大、大块产出率高,影响出矿效率的问题.通过对施工管理和设计等方面地分析研究,针对现场情况从加强矿山地质编录工作和爆破施工管理,优化单位炸药消耗量、炮孔密集系数、最小抵抗线、孔底距和爆孔堵塞长度等方面提出解决问题的方法,使矿山单耗减15%左右,大块率减少0.8%,在矿山的实际生产中取得良好的效果.%In Rongguan No. 1 mine of the Inner Mongolia Xingye group, the large specific charge and the high ratio of boulders affect the ore efficiency. Through analyzing and studying the construction management and design, and based on the site condition, enhancing the work of mining geological logging and the construction management of blast,which can optimize the specific charge,burden-to-spacing ratio,burden,and distance of hole bottom and stemming length,and reduces the specific charge and the output capacity of blocks by 15% and 0. 8% respectively. It gets good works in the actual production of mine.
