基于重庆地区山多、地形地貌复杂、土石方爆破工作量大、爆破从业人员素质低、流动性大等特点,提出了以公安部门牵头,依托高校丰富的师资资源,采用定期加强培训的办法用以加强对爆破从业人员的教育管理.该方法实施一年来,爆破安全事故比同期下降许多,效果非常明显.%According to a mountainous area and complex topography and large amount of rock and soil blasting and low quality and mobility of employees in Chongqing, a regular training and management model was proposed,which unified by the public security department and relied on universities teacher.
