基于AHP和灰色关联分析法的爆破参数优化

     

摘要

The effect of bench blasting influenced the mining overall benefit directly. Based on the poor blasting effect and the high cost of Huangmailing open-pit mine,the blasting effect evaluation model on analytic hierarchy process and grey correlation analysis method was established,including the boulder yield,the rate of roots,the coeffi-cient of loose,the distance of split,the blasting vibration,the distance of flying rocks and the specific charge. Five feasible blasting hole parameters as 5 m × 3. 5 m,5 m × 3. 7 m,5 m × 4 m,5. 5 m × 3. 5 m,5. 5 m × 3. 7 m were cho-sen in practical tests. The model was effective to evaluate the blasting effect and helpful to get the optimal blasting parameters with 5 m × 3. 7 m,bottom burden 3. 7 m and specific charge 0. 92 kg/m3 . The optimal blasting parameters of the soft and hard waste rock was 5. 5 m × 3. 8 m,bottom burden 3. 8m and specific charge 0. 81 kg/m3 . The opti-mized blasting parameters improved the blasting effect of Huangmailing open-pit mine effectively and reduced the production cost greatly.%台阶爆破的效果直接影响矿山整体效益。针对黄麦岭露天矿现阶段爆破生产效果不佳,成本偏高的情况,以大块率、根底率、松散系数、后裂距离、爆破振动、飞石距离、炸药单耗为评价指标,建立了基于层次分析法和灰色关联分析法的爆破效果评价模型。对于矿石选择了孔网参数为5 m ×3.5 m,5 m ×3.7 m,5 m ×4 m,5.5 m ×3.5 m,5.5 m ×3.7 m五种可行的方案进行了爆破试验,采用评价模型有效的进行了爆破效果评价。得出矿石的最优爆破参数为:孔网5 m ×3.7 m,底盘抵抗线3.7 m,单耗0.92 kg/m3。同理得出易爆、难爆废石的最优爆破参数分别为:孔网5.5 m ×3.8 m,底盘抵抗线3.8 m,单耗0.81 kg/m3;孔网5 m ×3.5 m,底盘抵抗线3.5 m,单耗0.97 kg/m3。优化后的爆破参数有效的改善了黄麦岭露天矿的爆破效果,大大降低了生产成本。
