When the coming of the information time, the network environment is changing people’s thinking mode, the working way and the life style by the astonishing speed. Without doubt, the network technology is also affecting the English teaching way and the studying way in the higher professional technical institute. This gives us a higher request in teaching and learning: Conformity network and English teaching.
