基于空化物理效应及空化泡辐射声信号光谱分析的超声空化是一种新兴的技术,它与相关造影剂的联合使用在临床中具有安全、高效和可再生的优势,特别是在计划治疗和监控治疗中存在着巨大潜力.本文对超声空化技术在临床诊断、溶栓、治疗和止血等方面做一综述,并对其在临床医学中的发展进行了展望.%Ultrasonic cavitation technology is an emerging technology in biomedicine based on physical effects of cavitation and the spectral analysis of the acoustic signal radiated by the cavitating microbubbles.With the cooperation of the related contrast agents,ultrasonic cavitation technology has the advantages of safety,efficacy and reproducibility in clinical medicine,especially in treatment plan and monitor.The description of ultrasonic cavitation technology in clinical diagnosis,thrombolysis,treatment and hemostasis is reviewed in this paper.Furthermore,an expectation is also made about its use in clinical medicine.
